We ship internationally and want to make sure your experience with us is as smooth as possible. Please read the information below before placing an order from outside the UK.
International Shipping

- All orders are dispatched from the UK
- Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 working days once dispatched
- We use tracked and insured services for all international orders
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees
- We are unable to predict or cover these costs, as they vary by country and are set by local customs authorities
- We are required by law to declare the full value of all orders on customs documentation
Delays
- Customs clearance can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services
- If your order is held by customs, please work with your local customs office to release it
International Returns
- Our standard returns policy applies to all international orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Any customs duties or taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable by us
Non-Deliverable Orders
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost
- If you choose not to have the order re-sent, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs
