Returns Eligibility

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached

Items showing signs of new wear, damage, odour, or alteration will not be accepted

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that vintage and archive items may show signs of age or wear, which will be clearly stated in the product description and are not considered faults.
